Registration for parents, teachers, and a la carte closed on Sunday, March 15. A la carte tickets for awards ceremonies, meals, activities, etc... will be available for purchase at the Help Desk.

Registration Guide

For 2015, we've put together a PDF guide to registration and two video guides that walk students, parents, and teachers through the process of registering. The example registration is of a middle school student, but they are all similar processes - just different registration questions. If you run into problems, please contact Eliza Grames at or call 218-260-5187 (cell, available most evenings and weekends).

Tips for Registration

Set aside 10-20 minutes for registration; registration must be completed in one sitting or the system won’t save your information.

Students should make sure to have their project information (e.g. title, abstract, category, etc…) and their advisor contact information ready before registering.

Registration is now a ONE-STEP process for students, parents, teachers, advisors, judges, and volunteers.
