Schedule & Maps

JSHS& MS Papers will be held at the University of Northwestern St. Paul on March 24th, 2018. When you arrive you will park in Lot D , then you will walk over to Riley Hall  and go upstairs to JSHS & MS Paper participant check-in. After checking in please use the maps and information in  your program to locate the orientation room you need to go and the presentation room you are assigned to. Do not be late for orientation and do not be late for your scheduled presentation time.

There will be no JSHS or MS Paper Awards Ceremony March 24th

JSHS & MS Paper winners will be announced on the MAS website Tuesday March 27th. These winners will be presented with their awards at the Special Awards Ceremony April 10th at the Minnesota State Science Fair located at the Earle Brown Heritage Center.

The options for obtaining your awards materials are as follows:

  • Attend the Special Awards Ceremony April 10th at Earle Brown Heritage Center 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Your badge from JSHS will grant you entrance into the ceremony so please keep track of it.

  • You can email the Program Director, Sara Gomez, at and request to have your medal/certificate/trophy mailed to you or arrange to pick it up at the MAS office.

  • Please contact Program Director, Sara Gomez, at if you need to arrange an alternative method of obtaining your awards materials.
