Make sure you ask for “MN Academy of Science” block of rooms in order to get the discounted rate. Do not reference JSHS or FAIR.

• GROUPS – No calling in your reservation.

Complete the attached reservation form for groups so all of your students are able to be together in one location.

The completed form is to be EMAILED to Nicole Nault Nicole.Nault@hilton.com

Nicole will manually input the specific names in the group instead of having all of the rooms under one name.

• This can NOT be arranged at check in- it MUST be done in advance.
