Registration for the 2025 Science Bowls is now open! Here’s all the info about how to register your school (player details not needed yet) and to pay your registration fees.

ONLINE TEAM REGISTRATION
Coaches must register their school on the National Science Bowl website. Pre-registration now guarantees a spot for your school; specific player info is not needed yet. Final registration deadlines, including player info and authorization forms: High School by 12/15/24 | Middle School by 1/15/25.
Coaches:
Pre-register your school. (See the National SB Coach Registration Guide and/or watch the registration video from last year and/or sign up for this year’s Coach Clinics, starting Oct. 9 via Zoom from NSB.) After your school is approved, you will receive instructions on how to enter student details and send consent/media release forms to parents/delegates for electronic signature. You will also use your online NSB account to complete your own registration form.
Submit student information and media release forms for at least Team 1 by December 1 to guarantee your school a spot. If your school wants to enter a Team 2 and/or Team 3, you can enter that information too, although Team 2/Team 3 will not be approved until after MAS knows how many different schools have registered (Dec. 15 for high school, Jan. 15 for middle school). It is likely that there will be room for all teams, but if necessary, second and third teams will be selected via a lottery system.

Refund / Cancellation Policy
Refunds or cancellations must be requested by email two weeks prior to the event. Refunds will not be given after that date unless there are extenuating circumstances. Requests based on extenuating circumstances must be made by email to Program Manager Kris Fowler at kfowler@mnmas.org before the program start date. No refunds will be given for late fees.
