You need to create an actual gallery page to get a video to display in a page gallery.
VIDEO AS A HEADER
(see above) Videos must be uploaded as a link, or in an embed code. There also is no sound in header videos.
STOCK VIDEO
This video is coded in from Adobe Stock. You can purchase stock video licenses and should be able to either upload to YouTube and embed here or combine multiple videos into your own, upload to YouTube, and use either in the header or on a page!
